Your primary consultant will be CriticalBiz founder, Michael P. Turner, but he may include one or more of his consultants on the phone as well. No extra time is charged for secondary consultants.

Tradeshow Booth and Materials Design

One of the most underutilized marketing tools is the trade show. Sometimes, companies will participate in what they deem the “important” events, but show up with a booth equivalent to that of a fifth grader’s science fair presentation. You can do better.

We’ll help you understand the importance of various events in your industry and locate, plan and develop a full-blown event strategy for your business. Of course, if you have all of that in place already, and you just need some assistance designing materials for a particular event, we can do that too.

Contests and Sweepstakes

While we are not attorneys or a professional games management or fulfillment house, we have developed and managed many contests and sweepstakes—online and offline. We can help you develop a concept, draft rules, and determine the prizes.

After that, and depending on the size of the game and whether it is legally a contest or sweepstakes (game of chance), we may or may not have to tap a third-party that we can then manage. State laws vary on the types of games you can run.

Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies

While we do not perform administrative tasks such as telephoning your prospects or customers, we can help you analyze and improve your customer acquisition and/or retention rates. This is a big area that involves lots of input on your part and the sharing of critical data.

That said, we have lots of experience acquiring new and retaining existing customers. Or, if you already have all of this under control, we can help with just about any related tasks—such as developing retention marketing or up-sell sales materials.

Public Relations (PR)

When some people think of public relations, they immediately think of the press release. And while we can certainly crank out a great press release (and distribute it to key targets and major media outlets around the world), public relations is much more than that. Public relations is any and all communication you have with anyone inside or outside of your business—customers, employees, the media.

We have many years of experience developing and executing PR strategies on our own and with various PR firms. We can help you execute portions of your own, or develop a strategy with you.
