With our many years of diverse business experience, we can take on just about any project—even those that don’t fit into a specific category. Here are some of the more general services that we offer.
Document Services
We can create forms or templates for just about anything using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc. If there are documents online or offline that you need reviewed, analyzed, searched, summarized… whatever… we can handle it. We also work with several different commercial printing companies and can have your forms or other documents professionally printed and delivered.
Brainstorming Sessions
Want to bounce some ideas off of us? Go for it! Having managed sales and marketing teams for years, we know how to run a brainstorming session—or meetings in general. We can either lead the session, moderate it to keep things on track, or simply participate. We can also record any teleconference (participating or not) and create meeting notes or a full transcription afterwords.
Employment Recruiting
A little less than 10 years of our experience was in the human resources (HR) and recruitment industry. We know how to find the best employees for your business no matter what the position. From executive-level to administrative positions, we have years of experience writing top-notch job descriptions and online recruitment ads. We know how to interview potential new hires, weed-out unqualified candidates, and set up telephone or face-to-face interviews with only the best candidates.
Most third-party recruiters charge a percentage of a new hire’s base salary—we do not. Instead, we’ll stick to our hourly rate. And while it does take a lot of time to sift through resumes, interview candidates, check references, etc., your ultimate cost will still be much lower than the average recruiter. We do require payment in advance for both the time it takes and the cost to post online job ads.
