Pricing, Fees and Payment Information
Our pricing structure is very straightforward and competitive. We keep things simple with hourly fees and optional pre-paid retainers. We employ professional time-tracking software and offer detailed invoicing so you know exactly how our time and your money was spent.
You will not pay for things that you would typically pay for with a full-time employee either—breaks, office supplies, hardware, software, computers, printers, time off, insurance, etc. You may, however, be required to pay for certain materials related to a project—sometimes in advance—such as commercial printing fees, shipping, taxes, etc. We will never place an order for you with any vendor until we are paid and that payment has cleared. Keep this in mind if you’re in a rush.

Pre-Paid Retainer Rates
Retainers are available if you know you’re going to need our services for a longer period of time. Retainer fees must be paid in advance to secure the time, and we do not refund or credit any unused time. This policy protects us as we manage our workload with other clients based upon any time that we have already booked.
» 10 Hours per Month – $540 USD (10% Discount or $54/hr)
» 20 Hours per Month – $960 USD (20% Discount or $48/hr)
* Additional hours, approved by client, will be billed at our regular hourly rate of $60/hr unless another block of retained time is secured prior to the original retainer running out.
Automatic recurring payments can also be set-up so you won’t have to worry about renewing your retainer every month.
Contracts and Agreements
Both parties will be required to sign our Annual Terms, which outlines our business relationship and fees, before any work can begin. While we email this terms sheet to you via PDF, you may sign it and send it back to us via fax, email (scan) or postal mail, provided the final copy is unaltered and legible.
We are open to non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, however, we may require our legal counsel to review such documents first. Any independent contractors that work with us as part of the CriticalBiz team, are required to sign our internal non-compete and non-disclosure agreements; we will not allow them to sign yours on our behalf.

CriticalBiz founder, Michael P. Turner, along with a small group of hand-picked independent consultants who make up the CriticalBiz team, are uniquely qualified to handle just about any project your business has—no matter how large or small the business or the project.
